We are proud to share that Leading Environmental Solutions has been recognised as a finalist across four categories at this year’s Hertfordshire Chamber of Commerce Awards, a milestone that reflects the continued growth of our business and the strength of our team.
We have been shortlisted for Business of the Year Small to Medium, a category that recognises overall performance, growth and impact. Over the past few years, we have continued to expand our services, strengthen our client base and invest in both our people and infrastructure, all while maintaining the high standards we are known for.
Being named a finalist for Family Business of the Year is another special moment for us. As a family run business, those values of trust, hard work and accountability are embedded across the entire company. Whilst we have grown significantly, that close knit culture remains a key part of who we are.
We have also been shortlisted for Excellence in People Development, something we are particularly proud of. Investing in our engineers and office team has always been a priority, with structured training, upskilling and clear progression pathways forming the backbone of how we operate. Our people are at the centre of everything we do, and this recognition reflects the time and commitment we have made to their development.
To round it off, our Founder and Director, Leon Seabrook, has been named a finalist for Entrepreneur of the Year, recognising his leadership and vision in building the business from the ground up. What started as a specialist drainage company has grown into a multidisciplinary property services provider operating across the UK, all driven by a clear focus on quality, reliability and long term client relationships.
To be recognised across four categories is a huge achievement for everyone involved in the business. It reflects the effort of our entire team, from engineers on the ground to our support staff behind the scenes, who consistently deliver for our clients day in, day out.
