As another busy year drew to a close, we took the opportunity to step away from the day-to-day and celebrate what really makes Leading Environmental Solutions what it is – our people. 

This year’s Christmas works do was all about switching off, having a laugh, and spending time together outside of sites, call-outs and schedules. The evening brought the team together for a mix of bowling, darts and karaoke, alongside plenty of good food and drinks to keep everyone fuelled. 

There was healthy competition on the bowling lanes, unexpected darts talent on display, and some very confident karaoke performances as the night went on. It was great to see engineers, office staff and management all in one place, letting their hair down and enjoying each other’s company. 

Moments like this were important. As a business that operates 24/7 and supports clients nationwide, the work can be fast-paced and demanding. Taking time to recognise the effort, commitment and teamwork shown throughout the year was something we genuinely valued. 

We were incredibly proud of the team we’ve built – professional, reliable and always willing to go the extra mile for our clients and each other. The Christmas do was a well-earned chance to say thank you to everyone for their hard work and dedication over the past year. 

As we headed into the new year, events like this reminded us that while the services we deliver are critical, it’s the people behind them that truly make the difference.
