Why We Started: A Director’s Vision for Better Service

Every business has a story, and ours begins with a simple but powerful realisation: customer service in the drainage and environmental services industry could be better. 

Our Director, Leon Seabrook, had spent years working in the sector and saw first-hand the challenges that customers faced – from slow response times to poor communication and a lack of accountability. Too often, businesses and facilities managers were left feeling like just another number, rather than valued partners. 

That frustration became the foundation for change. Leon believed there was a better way: a company that could combine technical expertise with genuine care for the customer experience. 

So, Leading Environmental Solutions was born. 

From day one, the focus has been on reliability, transparency, and service that goes beyond expectations. Our team isn’t just about fixing problems; it’s about preventing disruption, keeping sites operational, and giving clients peace of mind that their drainage is in safe hands. 

That original vision still drives everything we do today. We invest in our people, our technology, and our processes – but above all, we invest in service. Because when we say we’ll be there, we mean it. And when our clients pick up the phone, they know they’ll get a straight answer, not excuses. 

What started as one person’s determination to do things differently has grown into a national business trusted by some of the UK’s leading facilities managers and multi-site operators. And while we’ve scaled, our purpose has never changed: putting service first, always.
